Noman and Elizabeth Williams, former Garden City residents now living in Hays, announce the engagement of their daughter, Leah Williams, to Sean Borst. He is the son of Nancy Borst and Mark Borst, both of Goddard.

The bride-to-be is a 2008 Kansas State University graduate and works for Taher Inc., as the food service director of the Augusta School District.

Her fiancé is a 2008 graduate of Wichita State University and teaches band at Brooks Magnet School.

The wedding is planned for Feb. 23, 2013, at Covenant Presbyterian Church in Wichita.
