Douglas and Theresa Heatwole announce the engagement of their son, Michael Heatwole, to Rachelle Goldsby, the daughter of Alan and Michelle Goldsby of Hillsboro.

Michael is a 2008 graduate of Garden City High School and a December 2012 graduate of Kansas State University with a degree in industrial engineering.

Rachelle is a 2008 graduate of Hillsboro High School and a December 2012 graduate of Kansas State University with a degree in hotel/restaurant management.

They plan to marry April 6, 2013, at the United Methodist Church in Hillsboro.
