TUESDAY, MARCH 16

Musical program: Fiddle and guitar music featuring brothers Joe and Jon Irsik, 7 p.m. at Garden Valley Retirement Village, 1505 E. Spruce St. The public is encouraged to attend at no charge.

Concert: Featuring the Moody Men's Collegiate Choir performing classical selections, traditional hymn arrangements and contemporary gospel music, conducted by Dr. H.E. Singley III of the Moody Bible Institute in Chicago, 7 p.m. at Garden Valley Church, 1701 N. Third St.

SATURDAY, MARCH 20

Scott City Jamboree: Musical program from 2 to 5 p.m. at the Senior Center in Scott City. Participants are invited to bring snacks to share if they wish; small monetary donations also are appreciated.

SUNDAY, MARCH 21

Spring Pie Festival: The Friends of the Library's event will feature fresh whole pies, half pies and pies by the slice for sale, along with "eat-in" pie, accompanied by free coffee and tea, from 1 to 3 p.m. in the Finnup Room of the Finney County Public Library, 605 E. Walnut St. Attendees also are welcome to visit the special "Book Nook" open in the library foyer.

Singles dance: Featuring "Calhouns" from 7 to 11 p.m. at the Eagles Lodge, U.S. Highway 83 and Mary Street. Sponsored by Garden City Singles, the dance is open to the public. People attending must be age 21 or older.

Finney County Genealogical Society: 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at the Finney County Historical Museum Library (use the north door). Visitors welcome.

Health Department

Hours at the Finney County Health Department, 919 Zerr Road, are 8 a.m. to noon and 1 to 5:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday. Friday hours are 8 a.m. to noon.

The following events are scheduled at the Senior Center of Finney County, 907 N. 10th St., unless otherwise noted. Anyone 55 years of age or older is welcome to participate.

RSVP Board: 1:10 p.m. Monday.

UpBeats Band practice: 3 p.m. Monday.

Duplicate bridge: 7 p.m. Monday, 1:15 p.m. Tuesday and 1:30 p.m. on the third Sunday.

Pitch: 12:45 p.m. Tuesday.

Finney County Senior Citizens Association Board: 2 p.m. Tuesday.

8-Ball Tournament: 6:30 to 9:30 p.m. Tuesday.

Legal aid: 10 a.m. Wednesday.

Library check-in/out: 11 a.m. Wednesday.

Pinochle: 12:45 p.m. Wednesday.

Completely Unraveled sewing group: 1 to 4 p.m. Wednesday.

Dance: 7 p.m. Wednesday featuring "Craig Stevens."

TOPS: 8:30 a.m. Thursday.

Art class: 10 a.m. Thursday.

Ambassador Singers: 1 p.m. Thursday.

Low Vision Support Group: 3 p.m. Thursday.

Nutrition Council: 1 p.m. Friday.

Meals on Wheels is available by calling 272-3620; Mini-bus, 272-3626; Senior Center, 272-3620.
