Wedding: Frazier-Schmidt

Megan Frazier and Barry Schmidt, both of Lincoln, Neb., were married Dec. 18, 2010, at St. Isidore's Catholic Church in Manhattan. The 6:30 p.m. ceremony was officiated by the Rev. Keith Weber.

The bride's parents are Jeannie and Irv Clubine, former residents of Garden City now living in Sheldon, Iowa.

The groom's parents are Joe and Vicki Schmidt of Atwood. He is the grandson of Irene Vap of Atwood; and Daisy Schmidt of Oberlin.

Maids of honor were Allison Frazier and Ashley Frazier. Matron of honor was Amy Roush. Bridesmaids were Amanda Brookover and Malia Mertz.

Best man was Tanner Schmidt. Groomsmen were Jesse Miller, Travis Most, Matt Stevens and Aaron Timm.

Candlelighters were Mandi McKinley and Andrea Arnold. Ringbearers were Austin Roush and Gabriel McKinley.

Serving as ushers were Brian Frazier, Scott Clubine, Chuck Norris and Wade McKinley.

Soloists were Jeannie Clubine and Frank Schmeidler. Music selections included "The Prayer" and "How Beautiful."

The ceremony was followed by a reception at the Manhattan Country Club.

The bride earned a bachelor's degree in communication sciences and disorders and a master's degree in speech-language pathology from Kansas State University. She is a speech-language pathologist at Madonna Rehabilitation Hospital.

The groom earned a bachelor's degree in construction science from Kansas State University. He is an estimator for the Weitz Company.

After a wedding trip to St. John's, Antigua, the newlyweds are at home in Lincoln.
