FIT staff promoting holiday travel opportunities
Finney County Transit is promoting two transportation opportunities this holiday season. For their holiday travel, passengers are encouraged to take advantage of the BeeLine Express offering connections to Greyhound Bus Service nationally. Tickets can be purchased for any U.S. destination at the transit office located at 1008 N. 11th St. Office hours are 6 a.m. to 7 p.m. Tickets also may be purchased over the phone with a credit card.
Transit also is encouraging shoppers to purchase City Link and Mini Bus passes, punch cards or tokens as gifts for patrons to use on Garden City's public transportation services. Monthly bus passes cost $30 on City Link and $40 on Mini Bus. Punch cards are $20 and can be used as cash on either service. Either plan would be greatly appreciated by those who ride public transportation and are experiencing financial difficulties.
The Finney County Transit staff wants to wish everyone a joyous and prosperous new year.
