Senior center pitch

Jerry Wallace won high in the three tables of senior center pitch played Tuesday at the Senior Center of Finney County, 907 N. 10th St. Brenda Myers took second place. Third went to Leonard Yardley.

Sherlock Strivers 4-H

The Sherlock Strivers 4-H Club met Feb. 3 at Holcomb Elementary School, with 11 members answering roll call with what they are thankful for. Six guests, including parents, were present.

After a brief business meeting, members rehearsed the various performances they planned to perform at the 2013 4-H Club Days, which were to be held at Holcomb High School on Feb. 9.

The next meeting will be March 3 in the cafeteria of Holcomb Elementary School.

Senior center double pinochle

Mary Joseph won high in the three tables of senior center double pinochle played Monday at the Senior Center of Finney County, 907 N. 10th St. Second place went to Mary Ann Binns. Carol Bradford was third.
