The Cimarron Bluejays, making their first postseason playoff appearance in 12 years, ran into the Terrell Lane express on Tuesday night as the Norton Bluejays rolled to a 68-14 victory in a Class 3A Bi-district contest at Norton.

Norton (9-0) used five touchdowns from standout running back Terrell Lane to power their way past Cimarron.

The host Bluejays led 27-0 after one quarter and extended the lead to 42-0 by halftime. It was 68-7 at the end of three periods.

Cimarron got two second-half touchdowns when Alex Neuschafer scored on a 20-yard run in the third quarter and Anthony Price went 25 yards for another score.

The visiting Bluejays finish their season with a 6-4 record. Norton moves on to Saturday's regional championship at Beloit.
