Shannon Euliss and Joseph Miller, both of Garden City, were married May 12, 2012, at Bible Christian Church in Garden City. The 4:30 p.m., double-ring ceremony was officiated by the Rev. Chad Ulrich.

The bride is the daughter of Clayton and Lisa Hort of Garden City. Her grandparents are Andrew and Rita Naab of Spearville; Maxine Hort of Spearville; and the late Dr. Guy Hort.

The groom's parents are Don and Michelle Miller of Satanta. His grandparents are Marvin and Alberta Miller of Knoxville, Iowa; Elizabeth Hancock of Pella, Iowa; and the late Darrell Hancock.

Matron of honor was Molly Van Norden of Houston. Joshua Miller of Overland Park was the best man.

The flower girl was Danica Euliss, the bride's daughter from Garden City. Zak Miller, the groom's nephew from Satanta, was the ringbearer.

Serving as ushers were Jon Miller of Satanta; and Jeff Hancock of Warner Robins, Ga.

Gina Parr of Garden City was the organist.

The ceremony was followed by a reception at the Elks Lodge in Garden City.

The bride graduated from Fort Hays State University with a master's of business administration degree in accounting. She is a certified public accountant at Lewis, Hooper & Dick, LLC.

The groom graduated from Seward County Community College Area Tech School with an advanced machining certificate. He is a machinist at Kanamak Hydraulics.

After a wedding trip to Charleston, S.C., the newlyweds are at home in Garden City.
