The Garden City High School boys golf team shot a 370 as a team to finish 32nd out of 36 teams Friday in Hutchinson.

Andrew O'Brate led the way for the Buffaloes with an 87 to finish 98th in the individual standings. Jack Hitz shot an 89 to place 117th while Loran Richmeier finished 143rd with a 93. Austin Kunel and Ryan Harp shot a 101 and a 116 for Garden City.

The Buffaloes finished 61 strokes back of tournament winner Manhattan, who shot 309 as a team. Zach Sanders of Blue Valley Northwest took home the individual title with a 70, beat Clarke Fry of Manhattan by three strokes.

Garden City will be in Dodge City on Tuesday for a the Red Demons invitational.
