Antrim-Hands

Amanda Antrim and Quincy Hands, both of Wichita, were married May 24, 2008, at Central Community Church, Wichita. The 11 a.m., double-ring ceremony was officiated by the Rev. Duane Hansen.

The bride's parents are Jim Antrim of Norton; and Jim and LeAnn Hansen of Wichita. She is the granddaughter of Duane and Pattie Hansen of Wichita; and Rodney and Delores Stapp of Norton. Her great-grandparents are Donald and Goldie Stapp of Oberlin.

The groom's parents are Sam and Janet Hands of Garden City. His grandparents are Fielding and Jean Hands of Garden City; and Wilbur Batchelder of Garden City.

Maid of honor was Cassie Duncan of Wichita. Bridesmaids were Kylie Morel of Norton; and Rebecca Hands of Garden City.

Best man was Alex Lofland of Wichita. Groomsmen were Sam Funk of Holcomb; and Caleb Alexander of Garden City.

Flower girl was Sylence Auker of Norton. Ringbearer was Clayton Wharton of Syracuse.

Serving as ushers were Preston Todd, Brian Nixon and Tom Carruthers, all of Wichita; and Caleb Lind of Waco, Texas.

The ceremony was followed by a reception at the church.

The bride is a junior at Friends University, majoring in accounting.

The groom graduated from Friends University with a bachelor's degree in religion and philosophy. He is employed as a landscaper.

After a wedding trip to Cancun, Mexico, the newlyweds are at home in Wichita.
