Mark Hinde and Ramona Hinde, both of Garden City, announce the engagement of their daughter, Sarah Hinde, to Justin Grunder. He is the son of Carl and Susan Grunder of Cassoday.

The bride-to-be graduated from Garden City High School in 1999 and from Kansas State University in 2004 with a bachelor's degree in elementary education. She is employed as a teacher for USD 492.

Her fiancé graduated from Flinthills High School in 2000 and from Kansas State University in 2005 with a bachelor's degree in range management. He is a rancher.

They plan to marry May 24, 2008, at the First United Methodist Church in El Dorado.
