July 30 - Aug. 2 at Buffalo Dunes Golf Course & The Golf Club at Southwind
Tuesday, July 28
Practice Rounds at Buffalo Dunes, The Golf Club at Southwind.
10 a.m. — Embroid Me & Sodexo Junior Clinic, Buffalo Dunes Golf Course. Free admission children 17 and younger.
Wednesday, July 29
Practice Rounds at Buffalo Dunes, The Golf Club at Southwind.
9 a.m. — Southwest Kansas Ladies Pro-Am Shootout, The Golf Club at Southwind, Sponsored by Fry Eye Associates and The Garden City Telegram,
6 to 8 p.m. — Corporate Sponsor dinner, sponsored by Clarion Inn and Lewis, Hooper & Dick, LLP, Clarion Inn & Conference Center.
Thursday, July 30
7 a.m. — Wallace Electric, LLC Pro-Am Shootout, Shotgun start, Buffalo Dunes Golf Course.
Practic rounds — Available at both courses, call for times.
Registration — 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., The Golf Club at Southwind. (Note: Any contestant unable to register should notify the Pro-Am Committee in order to receive their tee times. Call (620) 277-5202 for details.
Friday, July 31
8 a.m. to 9:50 a.m. — Pro-Am first round tee times, The Golf Club at Southwind Country Club and Buffalo Dunes Golf Course. Public invited.
1 to 2:50 p.m. — Pro-Am first round tee times, The Golf Club at Southwind and Buffalo Dunes Golf Course.
Tee times go off both No. 1 and No. 10 at each course, and contestants should check time, tee and course location prior to day of competition. Times will be posted at registration.
7 p.m. — Long drive contest (Amateurs), No. 1 tee at The Golf Club at Southwind. Sponsored by Western Beverage Co. Pinnacle Long Drive Contest with Jason Zuback, National Long Drive Champion.
8 p.m. — Corporate sponsor/player dinner sponsored by The Heart Center at St. Catherine Hospital, The Golf Club at Southwind.
10 p.m. — Fireworks Display, The Golf Club at Southwind (Public Invited).
Saturday, Aug. 1
8 a.m. to 9:50 a.m. — Pro-Am second round tee times, The Golf Club at Southwind and Buffalo Dunes Golf Course. Public invited.
1 to 2:50 p.m. — Pro-Am second round tee times, The Golf Club at Southwind and Buffalo Dunes Golf Course.
7 p.m. — Pro-Am Shootut Closest-to-the-Hole Contest, Sponsored by Rocking M Radio (Professionals only), No. 1 tee at The Golf Club at Southwind. Corporate sponsors and selected professionals to compete.
8 p.m. — Corporate Sponsor/Player dinner, The Golf Club at Southwind, Sponsored by KWCH-TV and Seaboard Foods, Inc.
Sunday, August 2
8 a.m. — Mass with the Father's Gielow, public invited, The Golf Club at Southwind.
9 a.m. — Pro-Am final round, The Golf Club at Southwind. Tee times to be posted Saturday night at The Golf Club at Southwind. All pros (Low 40 & ties) will tee off on No. 10 at Southwind.
Awards presentation — Immediately following final round, The Golf Club at Southwind putting green by clubhouse. Presentation of check to winner by Lucas, Aubrey and Jill Whippo.
