Harness: Big dreams for historic Windsor building

By The Telegram

In this week's edition of Talk of the Town, Don Harness, president of the Finney County Preservation Alliance, explains his vision for Garden City's historic Windsor Hotel, which was built in 1887 but hasn't operated since 1977.

Harness explains the Preservation Alliance's efforts to restore the building to a working hotel, the progress made so far and the work that lies ahead, and the reason he thinks the building is so important.

You can find the Finney County Preservation Alliance's online resources on the Windsor Hotel at www.gardencity.net/windsor/. Or, if you'd like a tour of the hotel, call Don Harness at 275-4340.
