Mary Redger

Mary Ann Redger, 82, died Monday, Feb. 1, 2010, at her home in Hutchinson.

She was born April 18, 1927, in Gray County, to Daniel and Dena Koehn Redger. She graduated from Cimarron High School in 1946.

A resident of Hutchinson since September 1946, she was in food service at the former Hutchinson Hospital until her retirement in 1991.

Survivors include a brother-in-law, Kenneth Martens of Ithaca, Mich.; four nephews; and nine nieces. She was preceded in death by five brothers, Albert, Lester, Harry, Frank and Abner; three sisters, Martha Redger, Magdalene Dukelow and Matilda Martens; and a nephew, Daniel Dukelow.

A memorial service was to begin at 3 p.m. today at Elliott Chapel, Hutchinson. Graveside service will begin at 11 a.m. Friday at North Mennonite Cemetery, Montezuma.
