Victor Fry, 27, 309 E. Santa Fe St., was arrested at 3:06 a.m. in the 100 block of North Fourth Street on a city warrant.

Kevin Wardell, 50, 1202 W. Kansas Ave., No. 115, was arrested at 11:30 p.m. at Garden City Inn, 1202 W. Kansas Ave., on an allegation of aggravated battery.

Santos Rodriguez, 35, transient, was arrested at 8:02 p.m. at Community Corrections, 601 N. Main St., on an arrest-and-detain order.

Maria Sanchez, 30, 1840 T-Bone Drive, was cited and released at 9:23 p.m. in the 2600 block of North Main Street on an allegation of no valid driver's license.

Efrain Martinez, 19, 4101 E. U.S. Highway 50, Lot 285, was cited and released at 5 p.m. in the 100 block of West Kansas Avenue on an allegation of no valid driver's license.

Karen Canales, 30, 509 E. Hazel St., was cite and released at 8:25 a.m. in the 300 block of East Pine Street on an allegation of no proof of insurance.

Moses Martinez, 20, 2012 Main St., was arrested at 6:56 p.m. in the 400 block of East Spruce Street on an allegation of no valid driver's license.

Robert A. Ortiz, III, 22, 2820 N. Anderson St., was cited and released at 4:50 p.m. in the 100 block of West Walnut Street on an allegation of reckless driving.

Richard Ward, 51, 906 N. Fourth St., was arrested at 11:09 p.m. in the 900 block of North Fourth Street on an allegation of domestic battery.

Justin Likes, 19, 2020 Milford, was cited and released at 11:30 a.m. at the Law Enforcement Center, 304 N. Ninth St., on an allegation of criminal damage.

Erika Lira, 22, 1715 N. Eighth St., Apt. G, was cited and released at 7 p.m. at St. Catherine Hospital, 401 E. Spruce St., on allegations of no driver's license and inattentive driving.

Andres Riojas, 30, 701 E. Spruce St., was arrested at 11:44 p.m. at LEC, 304 N. Ninth St., on two city warrants.

Louis Gomez III, 29, 416 1/2 W. Mary St., was arrested at 8:28 p.m. in the 400 block of West Mary Street on an allegation of obstruction.

Thefts/Losses

Today

Between 2:15 and 2:30 a.m. in the 2100 block of Henderson Drive, someone stole a vehicle. Loss $3,000.

Wednesday

Between 3:30 and 7 a.m. in the 1300 block of Kingsbury Road, someone forced entry into a vehicle and removed electronics. Loss $490.

Between 8:10 p.m. Tuesday and 3:47 a.m. Wednesday in the 1800 block of Koster Drive, someone entered a vehicle and took electronics, luggage, clothing and identification. The person then used the stolen financial card to receive money. Loss $1,271.

Between 3:30 and 7 a.m. in the 1300 block of Kingsbury Road, someone entered a vehicle and stole electronics. Loss $500.

Between 6:30 and 6:50 p.m. at Wal-Mart, 3101 E. Kansas Ave., someone stole a wallet, money and miscellaneous identification. Loss $478.

Tuesday

Between 5 p.m. Monday and 7:15 p.m. Tuesday in the 4100 block of East U.S. Highway 50, someone stole copper wiring. Loss $2,700.

Between 8 p.m. Saturday and 10 a.m. Tuesday in the 200 block of Washington Street, someone broke into a residence and stole six DVDs. Loss $30.

At 4 p.m. in the 200 block of Spencer Street, someone stole a vehicle. Loss $1,000.

Between 9 p.m. Monday and 3:30 p.m. Tuesday in the 600 block of Garden City Avenue, someone stole a license plate. Loss $3.

Sunday

At 6:16 p.m. at Dillons Fuel Center, 1211 W. Buffalo Jones Ave., someone left without paying for fuel. Loss $35.36.

Between 11:15 p.m. Saturday and 1:20 a.m. Sunday at the Grain Bin Supper Club, 1301 E. Fulton St., someone took tools from the back of a pickup truck. Loss $991.

Saturday

Between 12:01 and 12:05 a.m. at Dillons Fuel Center, 1211 W. Buffalo Jones Ave., someone left without paying for fuel. Loss $10.20.

Between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. at Garden City Family YMCA, 1224 Center St., someone took a cell phone without permission. Loss $100.

Friday

Between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. in the 800 block of North Fourth Street, someone removed a license decal from a vehicle without permission. Loss $1.

Between 6 a.m. April 12 and 4:30 p.m. Friday at Homestead Nursing Home, 2414 Henderson, someone took jewelry from a common area of the building. Loss $500.

Between 2 and 2:15 p.m. at Presto Convenience Store, 2522 N. Taylor Ave., someone left without paying for fuel. Loss $31.

Between 10 p.m. Thursday and 8 a.m. Friday in the 100 block of North Sixth Street, someone removed a license decal from a vehicle without permission. Loss $1.

Criminal damage

Tuesday

Between 7 and 7:23 p.m. in the 1100 block of Labrador Boulevard, someone wrote graffiti on three Dumpsters. Loss $90.

Monday

Between 6 p.m. Sunday and 7:30 a.m. Monday at Edith Scheuerman Elementary School, 1901 Wilcox St., someone spray painted graffiti on the school. Loss $300.

Between noon Saturday and 7:30 a.m. Monday at Stroh Cleaners, 2501 Fleming St., someone damaged a window with a BB gun. Loss $300.

Between 6 p.m. Saturday and 2:15 p.m. Monday in the 1500 block of East Mary Street, someone wrote graffiti on a Dumpster. Loss $50.

Sunday

Between 10:30 p.m. Saturday and 9:30 a.m. Sunday in the 900 block of Jennie Barker Road, someone scratched vehicles. Loss $2,000.

Between 9:30 p.m. Saturday and 11:30 a.m. Sunday in the 1000 block of Bancroft, someone used a key to scratch a vehicle door. Loss $500.

Between 5 p.m. Friday and 6 p.m. Sunday in the 900 block of Jennie Barker Road, someone used a sharp object to scratch a vehicle. Loss $1,000.

Saturday

Between 8 a.m. Thursday and 3:22 p.m. Saturday in the 2600 block of North Main Street, someone spray painted graffiti on a building. Loss $150.

Between 7:20 and 11 p.m. at St. Catherine Hospital, 401 E. Spruce St., someone broke a spotlight at the business. Loss $50.

Friday

Between 10 a.m. Tuesday and 1:15 p.m. Friday in the 1000 block of North Third Street, someone damaged a door and entered the property without permission. Loss $450.

Between 7:30 and 7:45 p.m. at Garden City Community College dorms, 601 Campus Drive, someone keyed a car. Loss $550.
