Tuesday

Paul Toole, 35, Dodge City, was cited and released at 9:44 a.m. in the 8000 block of East U.S. Highway 50 on an allegation of telephone harassment.

Two 13-year-old Garden City girls were arrested at 10:18 a.m. at Abe Hubert Middle School, 1205 A St., on allegations of battery and released to Programs Assessments Treatment Habilitation.

Ricardo Galvez, 16, 4170 E. U.S. Highway 50, Lot 443, was arrested at 10:30 a.m. at Garden City High School, 1412 N. Main St., on an allegation of aggravated theft.

Michael Robertson, 41, 2201 N. Eighth St., was cited and released at 9:05 p.m. in the 700 block of East Kansas Avenue on an allegation of no valid driver's license.

Sunday

Adam Kelley, 18, 611 Campus Drive, Apt. 70727, was arrested at 8:50 p.m. at Garden City Community College, 801 Campus Drive, on allegations of possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Saturday

Cody Dale, 19, 4180 Nancy Ave., was cited and released at 3:30 a.m. in the 1300 block of East Chestnut Street on allegations of battery.

Jennifer Hornbeck, 17, 2605 N. Seventh St., was arrested at 1:15 a.m. in the 2600 block of North Seventh Street on allegations of driving under the influence.

Jason Cruz, 20, 12343 Rock Pit Road, was arrested at 6:19 p.m. in the 100 block of North 13th Street on allegations of driving while suspended, and on a municipal warrant for failure to appear on allegations of no proof of insurance. He was also cited on allegations of having no proof of insurance.

Abraham Hernandez, 23, 1008 J.C. St., was arrested at 4:37 p.m. in the 1000 block of J.C. Street on a Scott County warrant alleging possession of a synthetic drug with intent to distribute.

Miguel Banuelos Jr., 30, 605 W. Campbell Ave., Apt. D, was arrested at 11:04 p.m. in the 4000 block of East Schulman Avenue on allegations of aggravated battery.

Friday

Equileo Cisneros, 34, 1117 Pearl, and Josh Brown, 18, 308 N. Third St., were cited and released at 5:27 p.m. in the 700 block of East Kansas Avenue on allegations of having no proof of insurance.

Nicole Goetting, 21, 2914 Fleming St., No. 713, was arrested at 6:08 p.m. in the 1600 block of Hattie Street on allegations of having no valid driver's license after being involved in an accident.

Josh Baleria, 47, Las Cruces, N.M., was arrested at 7:52 p.m. at St. Catherine Hospital, 401 E. Spruce St., on allegations of criminal trespassing.

At 8:17 p.m. at Fulton Convenience Store, 601 E. Fulton St., someone left without paying for fuel. Loss $38.80.

Between 8:30 and 8:40 p.m. at Debs, 2204 E. Kansas Ave., someoen stole a cell phone. Loss $200.

Between 3:30 and 4:15 p.m. in the 1600 block of North Ninth Street, someone stole a vehicle. Loss $8,200.

Between 12:15 and 2:34 p.m. at Abe hubert Middle School, 1205 A St., someone stole a backpack. Loss $180.

At 11:37 p.m. at Presto Convenience Store, 511 E. Fulton St., someone left without paying for fuel. Loss $31.95.

Between 2:15 and 3 a.m. in the 1000 block of North 11th Street, someone broke out a window. Loss $50.

Monday

Between 7 p.m. Sunday and 7 a.m. Monday in the 2300 block of C Street, someone spray painted graffiti on a Dumpster and electric box. Loss $20.

Between 2 p.m. Sunday and 2 a.m. Monday in the 400 block of Foltz Court, someone spray painted graffiti on a fence. Loss $20.

Sunday

Between 2 and 7 a.m. in the 2300 block of Lee Avenue, someone used a BB gun to shatter a window on a car. Loss $100.

Between 2 and 7 a.m. in the 2300 block of Lee Avenue, someone used a BB gun to shatter a window on a car. Loss $200.

Between 2 and 7 a.m. in the 1600 block of Benton Avenue, someone used a BB gun to shatter a window on a car. Loss $300.

Between 8 a.m. Feb. 1 and 2 p.m. Sunday in the 300 block of West Mary Street, someone used paint to put graffiti on buildings. Loss $200.

Between 11 p.m. Saturday and 5 p.m. Sunday in the 2500 block of North Seventh Street, someone shattered two windows on a vehicle. Loss $350.

Between 6 p.m. Friday and 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Sabine House, 201 W. Buffalo Jones Ave., someone used paint to put graffiti on the building. Loss $200.

Friday

Between 2 p.m. Thursday and 11:30 a.m. Friday at National Nine Inn, 123 Honeybee Court, someone damaged a door. Loss $250.

Miscellaneous

Tuesday

At 11:55 a.m. in the 4100 block of East U.S. Highway 50, someone struck a person with a candle holder.

Monday

Between 10:39 and 10:47 p.m. in the 200 block of West Maple Street, someone threatened to fight a person.

Between 10:30 and 11:20 a.m. at Dillons West, 1211 W. Buffalo Jones Ave., someone passed a counterfeit $50 bill.

Sunday

Between 6 and 6:25 p.m. in the 2100 block of Tara, someone struck the victim multiple times with a shovel handle.

Saturday

At 12:39 a.m. in the 200 block of Davis Street, someone struck the victim, causing him to fall and hit his head on the street. The victim was taken to the hospital for further treatment.

At 7:15 a.m. in the 1800 block of Wilcox, someone attempted to strike the victim with a car.

Robin Hernandez, 26, 3070 N. Anderson Road, was arrested at 3 a.m. in Finney County on allegations of no proof of insurance, habitual violator and a second driving-while-suspended offense.

Francisco Moreno, 18, 4860 Hillcrest Road, was arrested at 10:55 a.m. in Finney County on allegations of domestic battery, criminal damage and criminal restraint.

Jon Wilson, 43, 115 W. Hazel St., was arrested at 12:20 p.m. in Finney County on an out of county warrant.

Juan Gonzalez-Barrandey, 33, 906 Smoky Hills St., was arrested at noon in Finney County on two 2007 bench warrants and a U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement detainer.

Brandy Shoemaker, 27, Ulysses, was arrested at 7:27 p.m. on allegations of possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of opiates, opium or narcotic drugs, felony attempting to flee or elude and a second driving-while-suspended offense.

Sabino Tirado-Gonzalez, 41, Los Angeles, Calif., was arrested at 5:02 p.m. on an allegation of no valid driver's license and a U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement detainer.

Angel Mendoza-Terrazas, 29, 1195 S. Ridge Road, was arrested at 3:50 p.m. on allegations of no valid driver's license and a U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement detainer.

David Edmiston, 40, Littleton, Colo., was arrested at 9:12 p.m. on an allegation of driving under the influence.

Saturday

Sean Harkness, 25, 1203 N. Third St., was arrested at 12:37 a.m. on an allegation of driving under the influence.

Feb. 4

Alejandro Rodriguez-Alverado, 33, was arrested at 12:20 a.m. Feb. 4 but booked in the jail Sunday on allegations of driving under the influence, a second driving-while-suspended and a U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement detainer.
