Today

Maritza Sanchez, 29, 605 Labrador Boulevard, Apt. 202, was arrested at 1:43 a.m. in the 600 block of Labrador Boulevard on allegations of habitual violator, a third driving-while-suspended offense and a municipal warrant for failure to appear review.

Michael Smith, 33, Odem, Texas, was arrested at 12:53 a.m. in the 2200 block of East Business 50 on an allegation of battery.

Thursday

Eliojo Licona, 16, 2823 El Dorado Place, Apt. D, was cited and released at 12:26 p.m. in the 700 block of East Kansas Avenue on an allegation of no proof of insurance.

Samantha Rochat, 21, 401 E. Maple St., was arrested at 2:30 p.m. in the 400 block of Main Street on a county warrant for probation violation.

Errol Rohrberg, 23, Oakdale, Calif., was arrested at 9:25 a.m. in the 2400 block of East Kansas Avenue on allegations of criminal use of a weapon and driving while suspended.

Mayra Hernandez, 23, 4101 E. U.S. Highway 50, Lot 456, was cited and released at 7:51 p.m. in the 1300 block of St. John Street on an allegation of no valid driver's license.

Roberto Munoz-Maldonado, 33, Holcomb, was arrested at 8:42 p.m. in the 1300 block of St. John Street on a municipal warrant. He also was cited and released for no proof of insurance.

Jesse Flores, 26, 505 N. 13th St., was arrested at 7:06 p.m. in the 2500 block of East Kansas Avenue on a municipal warrant.

Juan Gonzalez, 15, unknown address, was arrested at 10:10 p.m. in the 500 block of Hackberry Street on an allegation of no valid driver's license and released to Programs Assessments Treatment Habilitation.

Christopher Nelson, 21, 606 E. Hamline St., was cited and released at 12:54 a.m. in the 400 block of East Kansas Avenue on a allegation of no proof of insurance.

Wednesday

Sandra Green, 49, 207 Washington St., Apt. 9, was arrested at 10 a.m. in the 200 block of Washington Street on a county warrant for theft.

Monica McGraw, 40, Holcomb, was arrested at 8:50 a.m. at Siena Healing Arts Building, 301 E. Spruce St., on a county warrant for failure to register and criminal damage.

Cathy Sue Broussard, 56, Westminister, Colo., was arrested at 10:15 p.m. at the Clarion Inn, 1911 E. Kansas Ave., on an allegation of domestic battery.

Tuesday

Mary Merz, 17, 605 Center St., was cited and released at 11:43 a.m. in the 900 block of Center Street on an allegation of no proof of insurance.

Thefts/Losses

Wednesday

Between 4 p.m. Monday and 11 a.m. Wednesday in the 1700 block of Pioneer Road, someone stole checks. Loss $1.

Between 1 p.m. Sunday and 6 p.m. Wednesday in the 2500 block of North Main Street, someone stole a trampoline, bicycles and other items. Loss $1,030.

Between 8 a.m. and 1 p.m. at Wheatlands, 1311 E. Fulton St., someone stole clothing. Loss $22.

Between 12:01 a.m. Feb. 1 and 7:30 p.m. Wednesday in the 2900 block of Lorraine Place, someone stole prescription medication from a person. Loss $100.

Between 10:45 and 11 p.m. at Fulton Convenience Store, 601 Fulton St., someone stole merchandise. Loss $32.

Criminal Damage

Thursday

Between 8 a.m. Jan. 1 and 6:20 p.m. Thursday in the 500 block of East Hackberry Street, someone spray painted graffiti on a walking trail. Loss $50.

Between 8 a.m. Tuesday and 8:50 a.m. Thursday in the 500 block of West Campbell Street, someone spray painted graffiti on a garage. Loss $50.

Wednesday

Between 8 a.m. Saturday and 9 a.m. Wednesday in the 2300 block of C Street, someone spray painted graffiti on an electric box. Loss $50.

Miscellaneous

Thursday

Between 11:15 and 11:30 a.m. in the 600 block of North Second Street, someone battered a person.

Between noon and 12:20 p.m. at Wal-Mart, 3101 E. Kansas Ave., someone passed a counterfeit $50 bill.

Wednesday

Between 9 and 9:05 p.m. in the 3100 block of East Kansas Avenue, someone got into an argument with a person, pulled their hair and scratched them.

Tuesday

Between 8:15 and 9 p.m. in the 200 block of North Sixth Street, someone forced entry into a residence and took a purse from the person in the home. Loss $600.

Monday

At 1 p.m. in the 600 block of Garden City Avenue, someone entered a residence, battered a person and took a cell phone.

Wednesday

Dovon Schuetz, 32, 716 W. Maple St., was arrested at 3 p.m. in Finney County on an out of county warrant.

Joanne Barnett, 31, 6600 W. Fork Road, was arrested at 10:47 p.m. in Finney County on an allegation of battery.

Arianna Chavez, 26, Lakin, was arrested at 9:50 a.m. in Finney County on an allegation of no valid driver's license.

Angel Landeros, 20, Ulysses, was arrested at 10 a.m. in Finney County on an allegation of driving while suspended.

Gerardo Vargas, 32, Seldon, was arrested at 10:40 a.m. in Finney County on an allegation of no valid driver's license.

Francisco Moreno, 18, 4860 Hillcrest Road, was arrested at 10:55 a.m. in Finney County on allegations of domestic battery, criminal damage and criminal restraint.

Jon Wilson, 43, 115 W. Hazel St., was arrested at 12:20 p.m. in Finney County on an out of county warrant.

Juan Gonzalez-Barrandey, 33, 906 Smoky Hills St., was arrested at noon in Finney County on two 2007 bench warrants and a U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement detainer.

Brandy Shoemaker, 27, Ulysses, was arrested at 7:27 p.m. on allegations of possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of opiates, opium or narcotic drugs, felony attempting to flee or elude and a second driving-while-suspended offense.

Sunday

Sabino Tirado-Gonzalez, 41, Los Angeles was arrested at 5:02 p.m. on an allegation of no valid driver's license and a U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement detainer.

Angel Mendoza-Terrazas, 29, 1195 S. Ridge Road, was arrested at 3:50 p.m. on allegations of no valid driver's license and a U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement detainer.

David Edmiston, 40, Littleton, Colo., was arrested at 9:12 p.m. on an allegation of driving under the influence.

Sean Harkness, 25, 1203 N. Third St., was arrested at 12:37 a.m. on an allegation of driving under the influence.

Alejandro Rodriguez-Alverado, 33, was arrested at 12:20 a.m. Feb. 4 but booked in the jail Sunday on allegations of driving under the influence, a second driving-while-suspended and a U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement detainer.
