Today

Yullana Vazquez, 24, 4101 E. U.S. Highway 50, Lot 105, was arrested at 12:26 a.m. at Law Enforcement Center, 304 N. Ninth St., on a city warrant.

Donald Leonard, 44, 305 W. Mary St. Apt. H3, was arrested at 2:33 a.m. in the 300 block of West Mary Street on allegations of possession of cocaine with intent to distribute, battery and disorderly conduct.

Sunday

Matthew Anderson, 22, 506 Inge Ave., was arrested at 11:56 a.m. in the 500 block of Inge Avenue on two county warrants.

Desiree Crone, 18, 5730 E. Mansfield Road, was cited and released at 3:54 p.m. in the 800 block of North U.S. Highway 83 on an allegation of no proof of insurance.

Manuel E. Nicholas, 34, 212 1/2 N. First St., was cited and released at 3:38 p.m. in the 600 block of East Fulton Street on an allegation of no valid driver's license.

Rosalina Murillo, 37, 1712 N. Third St., was cited and released at 11:30 a.m. in the 1700 block of North Third Street on an allegation of obstruction.

Rebecca Romes, 52, 306 Bellevue Ave., Apt. 3, was cited and released at 8:23 p.m. in the 300 block of Bellevue Avenue on an allegation of domestic battery.

Sergio Cerna, 16, 1608 Neil St., Manuel Guaderrama, 15, 621 N. 12th St., and Christian Cerna, 17, 1608 Neil St., were arrested at 1:37 a.m. at Finnup Park, 301 S. Fourth St., on allegations of curfew and released to Programs Assessments Treatment Habilitation.

Tyler Reynolds, 23, Dodge City, was cited and released at 1 a.m. at Grain Bin, 1301 E. Fulton St., on an allegation of criminal trespass.

Ryan Barnes, 23, 601 W. Emerson Ave., Apt. 1, was cited and released at 1 a.m. at Grain Bin, 1301 E. Fulton St., on a failure-to-appear allegation.

Henry Hiebert, 19, Bovina, Texas, Cornelius Giesbrecht, 20, Stanton, Texas, were cited and released at 5 a.m. at Comfort Inn, 2608 E. Kansas Ave., on allegations of minors in consumption of alcohol.

Paul Hiebert, 17, Bovina, Texas; Susie Wiebe, 16, Cimarron; Peter Harder Jr., 17, Muleshoe, Texas; Eva Neufeld, 17, Liberal; Nancy Froese, 17, Deerfield; and Trudy Martens, 16, Plains, were arrested at 4:53 a.m. at Comfort Inn, 2608 E. Kansas Ave., on allegations of minors in consumption of alcohol. All were released to PATH.

Emmett Parks, 40, 3501 Campus Drive, Apt. A102, was arrested at 6:53 a.m. in the 3500 block of Campus Drive on an allegation of aggravated assault.

Mario Luis Macias, 18, 2517 N. Seventh St., was arrested at 6:50 p.m. in the 2500 block of North Seventh Street on a city warrant.

John Shanahan, 73, 1305 N. Eighth St., was cited and released at 6:40 p.m. in the 1300 block of Taylor Avenue on an allegation of driving while suspended.

Michael Martinez, 21, 2915 Fleming St., Apt. 314, was cited and released at 1:15 a.m. in the 1800 block of Chesterfield Street on an allegation of fireworks violation.

Dean Cowles, 41, 705 Taylor Ave., was cited and released at 6:13 p.m. in the 700 block of Taylor Avenue on allegations of two counts of battery.

Saul Rivera-Velasco, 18, 705 Harding Ave., was cited and released at 11:45 p.m. in the 900 block of East Kansas Plaza on an allegation of no proof of insurance.

Thursday

Jolene Martinez, 30, 4101 E. U.S. Highway 50, Lot 347, was cited and released at 10:47 p.m. in the 500 block of West Olive Street on an allegation of obstruction.

Thefts/Losses

Sunday

Between 11 p.m. Saturday and 11 a.m. Sunday in the 1800 block of Orosco Place, someone damaged a car and took items. Loss $1,040.

Criminal damage

Sunday

Between 3:48 and 3:50 a.m. in the 600 block of Conkling Avenue, someone damaged car windows. Loss $150.

Between 4 p.m. Saturday and 2:15 p.m. Sunday in the 2800 block of El Dorado Place, someone damaged an exterior door and then damaged the interior of a vacant residence. Loss $1,200.

Between 11 p.m. Saturday and 2 p.m. Sunday in the 200 block of South Third Street, someone spray-painted graffiti on a building and two city Dumpsters. Loss $250.

Miscellaneous

Sunday

Between 9:55 and 10:55 p.m. in the 4100 block of East U.S. Highway 50, someone battered a person.

At 1 a.m. at Grain Bin, 1301 E. Fulton St., someone trespassed on another person's property.

Between 1 and 6 a.m. in the 600 block of North Third Street, someone furnished alcohol to minors.

Finney County Sheriff's Office Arrests/Citations

Tuesday

Eduardo Fuentes, 18, Wichita, was arrested at 10:15 a.m. in Finney County on a 2005 juvenile warrant for probation violation, two 2006 juveniel warrants for probation violations and a 2007 juvenile warrant for probation violation.

June 29

Anthony Morales, 33, 1355 Trails End, was arrested at 12:41 a.m. in Finney County on an allegation of a second domestic battery offense.

Melissa Morales-Martin, 28, 1355 Trails End, was arrested at 1:10 a.m. in Finney County on a 2002 out-of-county warrant.

Jose Ortiz, 21, 3614 Westport Ave., was arrested at 2:02 a.m. in Finney County on an allegation of disorderly conduct.

Raquel Loya, 19, 1152 Teardrop Lane, was arrested at 4 p.m. in Finney County on a 2007 warrant for possession of a hallucinogenic and possession of drug paraphernalia, a 2007 warrant for failure to appear and a 2007 bench warrant.

Victor Murillo Jr., 21, 55 N. Ninth St., was arrested at 2 p.m. in Finney County on a 2006 traffic warrant for probation violation.
