Billy Glover, 31, 106 E. Hamline St., was cited and released at 10 a.m. at the Finney County Jail, 304 N. Ninth St., on an allegation of disorderly conduct that occurred on May 25, 2009.
Vanessa Brook Garcia, 15, 1823 Commanche Drive, Apt. 20, was arrested at 9:55 a.m. in the 1800 block of Commanche Drive on two district court warrants for probation violation.
Kristen Becker, 18, Holcomb, was arrested at 8:11 p.m. at Walmart, 3101 E. Kansas Ave., on an allegation of theft of cosmetics. Loss $86.

Arnoldo Dominguez, 21, 1208 N. 11th St., was cited and released at 9:50 a.m. in the 1200 block of North Eleventh Street on an allegation of unlawfully hosting a minor party that occurred on Feb. 28.
Israel Ornelas Jr., 38, 2707 Chainey St., Apt. 2, was arrested and lodged in jail at 4:33 p.m. in the 2700 block of Chainey Street on a district court warrant for felony theft on a warrant through Texas for theft.
Teresa Hernandez, 24, 1614 Taylor Ave., Apt. 2, was arrested at 4:03 p.m. in the 100 block of West Kansas Avenue on an allegation of driving while suspended and on a Ford County warrant for driving while suspended.
Miguel Ibanez, 34, 4101 E. U.S. Highway 50, Lot 329, was cited and released at 10:40 a.m. in the 100 block of West Kansas Avenue on an allegation of no proof of insurance.
Georgiana Servantez, 25, 1804 Neil St., was arrested at 6:04 p.m. in the 1600 block of North Seventh Street on an allegation of driving while suspended and on a Finney County warrant for non-appearance.
Orlando Cardenas, 42, Emporia, was cited and released at 7:08 p.m. in the 400 block of West Mary Street on an allegation of no proof of insurance.

Corey Neel, 19, 1608 Taylor Ave., was cited and released at 12:25 a.m. in the 1600 block of Taylor Avenue on an allegation of no proof of insurance.
Pete Rios, 42, 1704 Fleming St., was arrested at 3:22 a.m. in the 1300 block of North Taylor Avenue on an allegation of abuse of a child.
Angelica Rodriguez, 19, 322 N. Tenth St., was cited and released at 7:30 p.m. in the 300 block of North Tenth Street on an allegation of domestic violence battery.
Josefina Garcia-Rodriguez, 47, 322 N. 10th St., was cited and released at 7:30 p.m. in the 300 block of North Tenth Street on an allegation of domestic violence battery.
Mauricio Romero Jr., 28, Wichita, was arrested at 3:09 a.m. in the 1000 block of Melanie Lane on an allegation of no valid driver's license and was cited on an allegation of no proof of insurance.
Marisela Lira, 19, Holcomb, was arrested at 4:43 a.m. in the 1100 block of Campus Drive on an allegation of person under 21 in consumption of alcohol and was cited on an allegation of no proof of insurance.
Demetrio Rodriguez, 42, transient, was arrested at Sam's Club, 3010 LaRue St., on a county warrant for obstruction and identity theft.
Eddie Benjamin, 52, 153 Stevens St. Apt. D, was arrested at 6:26 p.m. in the 100 block of Stevens Street on an allegation of domestic battery.
Julio Morales-Quezada, 39, 2504 N. Main St., was cited and released at 5:45 p.m. in the 2500 block of North Main Street on an allegation of a noise violation.
Kevin Ward, 22, 610 Garden City Ave., was arrested at 11:11 p.m. in the 600 block of Garden City Avenue on a municipal warrant for failure-to-appear, on an allegation of no valid driver's license, a Finney County warrant for attempted burglary and conspiracy to commit burglary and was cited for failure-to-appear.
Jose Herrera, 23, 306 College Drive, Apt. 6, was arrested at 2:07 a.m. in the 400 block of East Spruce Street on an allegation of driving while suspended.

Monica Owens, 18, 1517 E. Chestnut St., was arrested at 10:44 a.m. in the 1500 block of East Chestnut Street on Johnson County warrant for theft.
Johnny Barnes, 25, 1517 E. Chestnut St., was arrested at 10:44 a.m. in the 1500 block of East Chestnut Street on an allegation of battery that occurred on March 3.
Darrell Nuzum, 54, 2708 Roland Road, was arrested at 10:45 a.m. in the 1700 block of West Fulton Street on an allegation of driving under the influence and transport of an open container.
Kyle Wagoner, 20, transient, was arrested at 3:07 p.m. in the 900 block of North Fourth Street on allegations of criminal use of a weapon, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana.
Lisette Garcia, 26, 901 Harold Ave., Apt. 1, was arrested at 4:38 p.m. in the 1600 block of East Kansas Avenue on an allegation of driving while suspended.
Dale Dvorak, 39, 2011 Dennison St., was cited and released at 7:40 p.m. in the 700 block of North Fourth Street on an allegation of no proof of insurance.
Jose Guevara, 47, 516 Taylor Ave., was arrested at 8:4 p.m. in the 1100 block of Safford Avenue on an allegation of driving under the influence.

Between 1:29 and 1:40 p.m. at Walmart, somene took a camera from the store. Loss $150.
Between 10 p.m. Saturday and 8:22 a.m. Sunday in the 800 block of East Johnson Street, someone entered an unlocked vehicle and took electronic equipment. Damage loss $50. Theft Loss $390.
Saturday
Between March 3 and Saturday at Bad Boyz Boxing, 902 E. Fulton St., someone took a necklace. Loss $250.
Between 9 p.m. Friday and 2 a.m. Saturday in the 100 block of North Fourth Street, someone entered an unsecured residence and took a Playstation. Loss $225.
Between 2 p.m. Friday and 2:30 a.m. Saturday in the 4100 block of East U.S. Highway 50, someone forced open a door on the locked residence and took a TV. Theft loss $100. Damage loss $25.
Friday
Between 2 and 6 p.m. in the 2200 block of Crestway Drive, someone entered an unsecured residence and took golf clubs, two guitars and a phone. Loss $1,000.
Between 2 and 2:20 p.m. in the 200 block of Spencer Street someone entered a residence by kicking open a door and took two TVs, a computer and CDs. Damage Loss $150. Theft loss $1,750.
Between Feb. 15 and Friday in the 1800 block of Orosco Place, someone entered an unlocked shed and took a lawn mower and weed eater. Loss $500.
Between Jan. 1 and Friday at Walmart, someone took a purse with a passport and makeup. Loss $150.
At 8:30 p.m. at The Buckle, 2214 E. Kansas Ave., someone took clothing from the business. Investigation continues. Loss $193.
Thursday
Between 8 and 6 p.m. in the 2400 block of North Main Street, someone took an arched metal atrium from a residence. Loss $75.
Between 5 p.m. March 3 and 7 a.m. Thursday at Leeper Transmission, 1107 E. Fulton St., someone took car parts. Loss $600.
March 2
Between March 1 and March 2 in the 1600 block of Summit Street, someone entered an unsecured workshop and took hand-powered tools. Loss $780.
March 1
Between 8 a.m. and 8:05 a.m. in the 600 block of West Maple Street, someone took a Rottweiler dog. Loss $25.
Criminal Damage
Sunday
At 7:50 p.m. in the 4100 block of East U.S. Highway 50, someone used an unknown object to break a window on the victim's door. Loss $125.
Friday
Between 4:30 p.m. Thursday and 4:30 p.m. Friday in the 900 block of Jennie Barker Road, someone broke a window to a camper. Loss $100.
Between 2 p.m. Thursday and 2 a.m. Friday in the 4100 block of East U.S. Highway 50, someone used an unknown object to break a window on the residence. Loss $200.
