Today

Nicholas Watkins, 28, 2923 Nancy Place, was cited at 1:45 a.m. in the 2900 block of Nancy Place and released on an allegation of telephone harassment that occurred on April 29.

Wednesday

Walter Sagastizado, 19, 2916 A St., was cited at 11:19 p.m. in the 300 block of East Emerson and released on an allegation of no valid driver's licence.

Shandel Simon, 19, 801 Campus Drive, was cited at 11:12 p.m. in the 800 block of Campus Drive and released on an allegation of no proof of insurance.

Jane Schipman, 46, 317 Campusview, No. 2, was cited at 9:24 p.m. in the 800 block of Campus Drive and released on an allegation of no proof of insurance.

Anabel Ortiz, 22, 2224 W. Kansas No. 31, was cited at 5 p.m. in the 2000 block of West Kansas on an allegation of no valid driver's license.

Dane Hunter Myers, 16, 1901 Koster St., was arrested at 1:36 p.m. in the 1200 block of Jenny Ave. on allegations of four counts of auto burglary, four counts theft, one count criminal damage and two counts unlawful use of a financial card. He was taken to Programs Assessment Treatment Habilitation and released to a parent.

William Dorsey, 27, 1110 E. Lakeview, was arrested at 11:38 p.m. in the 500 block of Anderson Road and lodged on allegations of driving under the influence, duty to report accident, failure to give information and render aid.

Joseph Newby, 23, 1914 Harding, No. 4, was arrested at 2:26 a.m. in the 1900 block of Harding on allegations of battery and battery of a law enforcement officer.

Tuesday

Ray Junior Lanigan, 17, Holcomb, was arrested at 6:13 p.m. in the 600 block of Garden City Avenue on a municipal warrant alleging curfew violation. He was released to PATH.

Vicente Martinez, 39, 304 W. Kansas, No. 1, was arrested at 7:30 p.m. in the 400 block of East Spruce Street on allegations of aggravated battery, sexual battery and stalking.

Leonardo Salazar, 38, 2308 Dee Ave., was cited and released at 8:49 p.m. in the 2300 block of Dee Avenue on allegations of unlawful burning.

Theft/Losses

Wednesday

Between 6 p.m. Tuesday and 10 a.m. Wednesday at Ben's Auto Sales, 512 E. Fulton St., someone took a vehicle from the business without permission. Loss $25,000.

Between 8 and 10 a.m. at Garden City Community College, 801 Campus Drive, someone entered an unlocked vehicle and took electronics. Loss $200.

Between 8:30 p.m. Tuesday and 7:30 a.m. Wednesday in the 1600 block of North 11th, someone took a bike without permission from a yard. Loss $180.

At 6:06 p.m. at Dillons fuel center, 1211 W. Buffalo Jones Ave., someone left without paying for fuel. Loss $47.52.

Between 7:15 a.m. and 5:45 p.m. in the 1600 block of North Seventh, someone pried on a door and screen, attempting to gain entry. Loss $180.

Criminal Damage

Wednesday

Between 12:01 a.m. and 7 a.m. in the 2700 block of Campus Drive, someone damaged a vehicle windshield with a rock. Loss $250.

Tuesday

Between 10 and 11 a.m. in the 300 block of West Mary Street, someone damaged a vehicle windshield. Loss $200.

Between 2 p.m. April 29 and 1 p.m. Tuesday in the 1600 block of Crestway Drive, someone damaged windows at a residence and entered without permission. Loss $900.

Between 4 p.m. April 29 and 4:56 p.m. Tuesday in the 2100 block of Buffalo Heights, someone sprayed graffiti on four Dumpsters in the area. Loss $50.

Between 5 and 7 p.m. in the 1700 block of Parkwood Lane, someone used a sharp object to scratch a vehicle in several places. Loss $900.

Miscellaneous

Between 11:35 p.m. April 1 and 7:50 p.m. April 12 at Wal-Mart, 3101 E. Kansas Ave., someone used a work financial card for personal property against company policy. Loss $492.

Jason Lewis, 30, Bronson, was arrested at 10:15 p.m. in Finney County on two 2004 warrants for probation violation.
