Holiday closings

The following banks are closed Saturday for the Fourth of July:
- American State Bank and Trust Co., 1901 E. Mary St.
- Bank of the West, 1301 E. Kansas Ave.
- Bank of America, 1515 E. Kansas Ave.
- First National Bank -- Garden City, 908 N. Main St.
- First National Bank of Holcomb, 401 N. Henderson, Holcomb.
- First National Bank of Syracuse, 2501 N. Campus Drive.
- Garden City State Bank, 1910 E. Mary St.
- Commerce Bank, 215 N. Main St.
- Landmark National Bank, 1007 N. Main St.
- Western State Bank, 1500 E. Kansas Ave. and 1425 S. Main St.
- People's State Bank, 122 W. Laurel St.
The following businesses are closed on Friday:
- Garden City Administrative Center, 301 N. Eighth St.
- Finney County Administrative Center, 311 N. Ninth St.
- Garden City Community College, 801 Campus Drive
- Garden City Public Schools offices, 1205 Fleming St.
- Finney County Transit, including City Link and Mini Bus service
Also:
- The American Legion, 125 W. Pine St., will not have Bingo on Saturday. Normal club hours will stay the same.
