Arrests/Citations

Today

Carlos Jose Bahena, 19, Holcomb, was cited and released at 2:10 a.m. in the 800 block of Campus Drive on an allegation of contributing to a child's misconduct for an incident that occurred Monday.

Damion Larry Elliot, 24, 2104 Apache, was arrested at 12:25 a.m. in the 1800 block of West Kansas Avenue on municipal warrants for allegations of motion to revoke, criminal trespass, and case management.

Casey Lee Vanatta, 18, Holcomb, was cited and released at 2:05 a.m. in the 800 block of Campus Drive on an allegation of contributing to a child's misconduct for an incident that occurred Monday.

Tuesday

Ezicio Riojas, 16, 2401 Lincoln, Apt. 5, was arrested at 4:15 p.m. at PATH, 2701 N. 11th Street and taken to the Juvenile Detention Center, 507 W. Santa Fe St., on an arrest-and-detain order.

Amparo Ramos, 16, 1710 Benton St., was cited and released at 6:15 p.m. in the 2400 block of Dee Avenue on an allegation of no proof of insurance.

Bryce Nolde, 21, 2019 Mohawk Drive, was arrested at 8:32 a.m. in the 2000 block of Mohawk Drive on a failure-to-appear municipal warrant.

Misty Doyle, 31, Holcomb, was arrested at 1:55 p.m. in the 1000 block of Pearl Street on a failure-to-appear municipal warrant.

Chard Mitchell, 25, Albuquerque, N.M., was cited and released at 7:30 a.m. in the 1300 block of East Kansas Avenue on an allegation of no proof of insurance.

Thefts/Losses

Tuesday

Between 7:35 a.m. Monday and 10 p.m. Tuesday in the 2800 block of Loraine someone entered an unsecured residence through a window and removed jewelry. Loss $1,300.

Between 3 a.m. and 12:10 p.m. in the 2000 block of Commanche Drive someone entered an unlocked vehicle and took electronic items. Loss $890.

Between 11 p.m. Monday and 7 a.m. Tuesday in the 2000 block of Mohawk Drive, someone entered an unlocked vehicle and took electronic items. Loss $3,629.

Criminal damage

Today

Between 12:50 and 12:53 a.m. in the 1400 block of B Street someone broke out a window of a vehicle. Loss $200.

Tuesday

Between 1 and 7 a.m. in the 1500 block of North 13th Street someone used an unknown object to damage a windshield. Loss $300.

Between 12:30 and 7:55 a.m. in the 900 block of West Campbell Street someone used an unknown object to break out a window on the vehicle. Loss $200.

Miscellaneous

Tuesday

Between 7:22 and 7:32 p.m. in the 1300 block of Summit Street someone called a person who is an alleged victim of a crime and attempted to persuade him or her from cooperating with police.
