Rene Morales, 33, 201 S. Fifth St., was arrested at midnight in the 1100 block of North Taylor Avenue on an allegation of a second driving-while-suspended offense.

Hugo Sarabia, 21, 606 Long Blvd., Apt. D6, was arrested at 4:19 a.m. in the 1200 block of north Eighth Street on allegation of driving under the influence and driving while suspended.

Sarah Schaffer, 17, 812 E. Price St., and Ashley Taylor, 17, Hays, were cited and released at 12:50 a.m. at Garden City Community College, 801 Campus Drive, on an allegation of curfew and released to parents.
