Smoky Hills Public Television received the "Non-Profit Organization Award" from the Russell Area Chamber of Commerce at the January 21 Annual Banquet at the AmericInn in Russell.

In attendance to accept the award for the station were Lynn Meredith, CEO and General Manager, Jayne Heller, Director of Development, Malinda Walker, Membership Manager, and Susan Penka, Corporate Support Representative.
