Ingalls 48, South Central 28

In the semifinals of the SPIAA Tournament in Dodge City, the Lady Bulldogs easily moved past South Central with a 48-28 win on Thursday at the United Wireless Arena.

Rebecca Wyatt and Kaisha Batman led with 16 and 15 points, respectively, as the Lady Bulldogs overcame a 7-4 first-quarter deficit in the rout.

The Lady Bulldogs used a 16-5 second quarter and a 14-3 third to hold a commanding 34-15 lead entering the final period.

South Central was led by Reagan Bayne's 12 points.

The Lady Bulldogs will meet top-seeded Bucklin which defeated Ashland 43-30 in the other semifinal Thursday at 6 p.m. Saturday in the championship game.

Kiowa County 51, South Gray 38

Katelynn Gamble had a game-high 22 points to lead Kiowa County over the Lady Rebels in consolation play on Thursday.

Despite Madison Dirks' 17 and Myranda Axtell's 10, the Lady Rebels lost their final SPIAA tournament game, going 0-2.
