Do I need a will?
Why do I need a will ... a good question! At 7 p.m. Tuesday at the Senior Center, Shirley Calvin, attorney with the Kansas Legal Services, will discuss this topic.
Calvin will give you sound, legal reasons why you need a will and what your will can say. She will explain who you can and cannot exclude from your will. A last will and testament allows you to have the last say. She will explain how your property passes if you have no will and how the process will be easier for your heirs.
