A car show is planned this weekend to benefit the Emmaus House. The

public can attend for free, although donations of nonperishable food

items and cash will be accepted to restock the Emmaus House's soup

kitchen and food pantry.

Hours are 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Friday, 8 to 11 a.m. Saturday and 9

a.m. to 1 p.m. Sunday at the Finney County Exhibition Building.

The event will also include a silent auction from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Saturday and 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Sunday, a live auction at 12:30 p.m.

Sunday, a brisket dinner at 7 p.m. Saturday, plus a variety of vendors,

music and drawings for prizes.

A bullying workshop will be presented at 2 p.m. Saturday in the 4-H

Building. Trick-or-Treat-from-the-Trunk will be going on from 5 to 7

p.m. Friday for children age 12 and younger. For information, call Steve
