Linda Barnett and Terrence Taylor, both of Garden City, were married July 14, 2012, at Garden City Church of the Nazarene. The Revs. Jim Brungardt and Tim Fields officiated the 7 p.m., double-ring ceremony. The bride was given in marriage by her son, Michael Barnett.

The bride's parents are Bill and Floretta Blevins of Ingalls. Her grandmother is Doris Blevins of Edna.

The groom is the son of Thomas and Jean Taylor of Dodge City.

Maid of honor was Tiffany Barnett, the bride's daughter from Garden City. Bridesmaids were Lacey Barnett and Megan Barnett, the bride's daughters from Garden City.

Best man was Courtney Johnson of Holcomb. Groomsmen were Kaleb Rijfkogel of Garden City; and Michael Barnett of Ingalls.

Ringbearer was Liam Unruh, the groom's grandson, along with Tyler and Miranda Unruh, the groom's son-in-law and daughter.

Spiritus Gladius motorcycle members served as ushers.

Pianist was Terry Alexander of Garden City. Soloists were Brandi Underwood and Dallas Crist, both of Garden City. Musical selections included "The Prayer" and "From This Moment On."

The ceremony was followed by a reception at the church. Assistants were Mary Wilson, Sandy Rogers, Dorothy Willis and Brenda Fields, all of Garden City.

The bride graduated from Garden City High School in 1989, from Garden City Community College with an associates degree and from Newman University in December 2012 with an elementary education degree. She is a substitute teacher for USD 457.

The groom graduated from Dodge City High School and attended Garden City Community College. He is employed by USD 457.

The newlyweds are at home in Garden City.
